NP will provide for care in the extended care facilities as part of a physician or hospital physician practice as well as wound evaluations and management services and surgical procedures for wound care patients. The candidate should have minimum of 3 years experience as a CRNP, posses a high degree of independent judgment/autonomy, strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
